When visiting us
On the day of your appointment: as we plan our appointments according to a strict timetable, we would ask you to arrive punctually. We regret that we cannot be held liable for the loss of personal items. Please therefore ensure you keep all valuable items with you during your treatment.
Cancellations: we would ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance if you have to cancel or postpone an appointment.
